Our maintenance contracts include a customer support service tailored to the needs of each system.
Thus, we always offer a support service with our maintenance contracts. Our remote operators assure the first support level. If the problem persists, an intervention on the system follows.
Based on the needs of the system, support can be offered on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers are provided with a dedicated telephone line for support calls.
